- etwas gemahlener Zimt.
- 3 kleine Dosen Kidneybohnen, je 400g.
- 1 kleine Dose gewürfelte Tomaten, 400g.
- 1 kleine Dose Mais, 340g.
- 2 EL scharfe Chilisauce.
- Rindssuppe zum Aufgießen.
- Salz und Pfeffer.
In a medium sized stock pot, heat the oil over medium heat. Saute onion, chile pepper and garlic until soft. Add ground beef: cook and stir until meat is browned. With chunks of chuck roast, browned in bacon fat and cooked with red kidney beans, red chili and chipotle chili, onion, garlic, jalapeños, tomatoes, and lime juice.
